1. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

We have simplified our shipping structure to ensure a premium and predictable experience:

Free Delivery: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders valued at or over $300.
Standard Shipping: Orders under $300 incur shipping cost calculated dynamically at checkout, dependant on the size, weight and delivery location of your order.
Express Shipping: Express options are available and costs are calculated dynamically at checkout, dependent on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

2. Order Processing and Timeframes

We work to get your curated products to you with speed and accuracy:

Processing: All orders are carefully processed, prepared, and shipped within 1 business day.
Standard Shipping Timeframes (Estimated): Once shipped, delivery via standard road freight is typically:
- Major Metro Areas: 2–5 business days.
- Regional/Remote Areas: Timeframes will vary depending on location and will be estimated at checkout.

3. Shipping Carrier & Tracking

Carrier: We exclusively use Australia Post as our trusted third-party carrier to ensure reliable handling of our premium products.
Tracking: All orders receive a unique tracking number. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Important Restrictions

P.O. Boxes: Due to the size and weight of our paint cans, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

Damage/Loss: In the rare event your order is damaged in transit, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence.
